International Shipping Policy

Shipping rates do not include any applicable international customs duties or import taxes which could arise upon merchandise entering your country.

We are unable to offer a refund on any unwanted purchases. We do extend an exchange policy within 14 days of receipt for any goods which are unsuitable or faulty. All shipping charges are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Information

You need to select a country where your purchased items will be posted. The postage for the products purchased will be determined depending on the country of postage. Please note that this country should be the same country of your payment details.

We are using PayPal as our preferred payment gateway. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay for your purchases. You can use your Mastercard® or VISA® credit card to pay securely via PayPal. Please choose the credit card payment option and fill out your details.

If you want to return to our shopping cart again, before completing the purchase, you can click "Cancel and return to merchant" to come back to Recherche fabrics. Also remember to click "Return to merchant" once the payment is completed to clear your shopping cart.
